we provide individualized, specialist support for people with life challenges, many of whom are trying to reenter the workforce. at times, this may manifest initially by conversation exchanged over meals provided by us to establish certitude & credence. our life-changing work depends on voluntary donations. gifts of money & time help fund the much-needed expertise & equipment to get the goal secured. this makes all the difference in helping people to overcome some of life’s most extraordinary challenges. thanks to the generosity of our supporters, namuhueman has one of the most comprehensive in-house teams of specialists in the country, all over the country. this means each person we support gets exactly the right kind of expert attention they need when they need it. our specialist support team or friends helping friends as we like to say, includes consultant behavior analysts, speech/language therapists, physiotherapists, optometrists, barbers, master tailors & many more. our skilled support friends are all trained by the specialist team, applying their expertise in everyday situations so they have the skills needed to provide life-changing support. your help has meant men who have never had any formal wear whatsoever got the specialist expertise they needed & deserved, resulting in the acquisition of food, housing as well as but not limited to employment. it may also mean that a man or woman who has never had an eye test before was able to receive the specialist support needed to secure eye wear or detect future or current problems. as we know, early eye care can prevent more serious sight problems & permanent damage later on. we don't underestimate people. the namuhueman outreach approach focuses on people, process & product to achieve extraordinary results. the people we support can live more independently & become more actively involved in their communities; all thanks to our specialist teams & your support. below you will see how gifting has increased over the years but we would like to be able to do a lot more; & with your help, we can.
