+ we, the gentleman of namuhueman would like to salute a gentleman of extraordinary measure, sir golan. golan is a father, son, brother, expressionist & leader. golan is a senior software engineer & has held esteemed positions of leadership at microsoft, headquartered in the emerald city of seattle, washington as well as positions of leadership at other well-known companies as well. the gent recently took part in an ig live interview with the ladies of elevated innergy during their podcast which aired recently. the ‘innergy’ transmission is described as ‘a safe space created to uplift & energize the inner you’. the discussion ran the gamut; speaking directly to the topics of men’s mental health, depression, fatherhood, family matters, leading by example, changing lives, breaking the cycles of negative pathology, being a life changer & much more. a candid, open & honest conversation, the subject of mental health was expanded into conversations of self & self awareness. at the time of the post the instagram love has aired but can be caught as it is contained within the cypher of the ladies of ‘elevated innergy’. this was/is a very necessary topic which needs to be discussed at every turn. gentleman, the time for self-care is now. we at namuhueman would like to offer supreme congratulations to sir golan as well as tee jay & ashley of elevated innergy for open, honest, needed dialogue📍.
