+ july 4 the homeless.

+ july 4th is here but not all americans will be celebrating independence day w/ fireworks, a day off from work, a thankful heart & barbecue. for some, the fourth of july is just another day of fear & uncertainty. for some, 4 july will not be filled w/ the aforementioned because some are homeless; & homelessness means in addition to dealing w/ sweltering heat, they may not even eat or drink at all. think about what your needs might be if you were in their situation. think about how you would deal. think about how one kind gesture today could possibly change the life or lives of someone forever. just think about that. now, we are not trying to ruin your celebratory day today & we sincerely hope you have a wonderfully safe 4th of july celebration with your family & friends; but as you consume, please don’t neglect to pray for & if you can do something to help those for whom this day will not be one of joy & family togetherness. remember the homeless. that is all we ask. today & each day that proceeds 📍.
